Research On Operational Asset Quality Evaluation And Optimization Of A Liquor Company

The new accounting standards begin to emphasize the view of Balance Sheet,and confirm enterprise profit from the perspective of assets and liabilities.The relationship between business performance and asset quality under the new accounting standards has become more closely.The quality of assets will become the common goal pursued enthusiastically by enterprise management,investors and other stakeholders.It is an important basis to predict the sustainability of enterprise development potential.For operation-oriented liquor manufacturing enterprises,operational assets is a very important part of enterprise assets,and the material foundation for enterprises to operate and achieve operational profit.The quality of assets has great influence on the development potential and competitive advantage of an enterprise,and how to manage the operational assets has become the top priority of enterprise management.In recent years,China’s Baijiu industry has become more competitive and the market environment is more complex.In order to grow amongst competition,a company must strengthen their management of operational assets,and improve the quality of operational assets.Through the analysis and evaluation of A Baijiu company’s operational asset quality,the thesis provides advice on how to improve the company’s operational asset quality.This thesis is conducive to improve the competitiveness of A company and to provide reference for the construction of the Baijiu industry enterprise operational asset quality evaluation system.This thesis has adopted the literature research method,questionnaire method,etc.This thesis first introduces related theories of asset quality,operational asset quality,and selects evaluation index and evaluation methods.Secondly,the thesis introduces the analysis of composition and characteristics of A company’s operational assets,which has discovered the characteristics of inventory owning the largest percentage of total operational assets and the complexity of fixed assets.The thesis has also used trend analysis based on A company’s profitability,turnover rate,cash conversion and the existence.Thirdly,the thesis has constructed the evaluation system of A company’s operational assets,used AHP to determine the weight of operational assets evaluation index,meanwhile chosen from the same industry 15 Baijiu listed companies as sample,and used the efficacy coefficient method to calculate the evaluation index score,so as to conclude a comprehensive evaluation of company’s operational assets.The evaluation result: the score of the quality of A company’s operational assets is 76.82,evaluation category is good,and evaluation level is B.The quality of the company’s operational assets is in good condition,but there is still much room for improvement as a whole.Finally,the thesis,based on the issues such as inefficient inventory management and fixed asset management that are identified during the analysis and evaluation,has proposed advice to improve the quality of operational assets.The advice includes: improve the organization that manages operational assets and information management,improve enterprise management’s awareness of operational asset quality,introduce the ABC classification,improve market forecast accuracy to enhance inventory management,implement information management of fixed assets and standardize idle fixed assets management system.
