The Research On Economic Responsibility Audit Evaluation Index System Of State-owned Enterprise Executives

In recent years,under the guidance of national policy,our country state-owned enterprise on the basis of the original system has carried out deep reform,state-owned enterprises in the existing better adapt to market competition environment to survive.In this historic change,how to uniform the transformation of state-owned enterprises is good or bad has become a new topic.The introduction of the evaluation system of economic responsibility of leaders in state-owned enterprises,is the important premise of state-owned enterprise reform the audit.And in the study of scholars in recent years,also does not have a complete and feasible economic responsibility audit evaluation index,so this article through to the state-owned enterprise leadership in order to construct a evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit,trying to find a reasonable method for state-owned enterprises to improve scientific economic responsibility audit evaluation on the leadership of the evaluation.This paper mainly through specifications combined with a case study,qualitative and quantitative specific research complement each other,to construct the evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit state leaders.In the use of index system building,mainly based on the analytic hierarchy process,the mathematical model for converting the data to the weight,in order to conclude the result of the scientific and convincing.In addition,because the index system of building must be within the scope of the relevant policy,so in the process of combing specific index range,the performance audit of the economy,efficiency and effect in the design of index to,bring up the comprehensive evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit,integrity and rationality.Only in this way,they can better apply index system in the enterprise,increase the degree of state leaders to the attention of the enterprise and management ability,smooth transition function of state-owned enterprises and promote the economic development of the society as a whole.Thesis is divided into five parts,the first part shows the background of the present study of domestic and foreign famous literature review,introduces the framework,to Clarify the main idea of this article..The second part introduces the study involves the concept and theory of.First determine the object of study,after defining the economic responsibility and the economic responsibility audit,determine the research form,finally explains the theoretical basis.The third part introduces the leading economic responsibility audit evaluation index of state-owned enterprises build process.The fourth part mainly case study,through the specificcase,to illustrate the use of the index system and analyze the results of evaluation.The fifth part of this article we summarize and analysis the defects existing in the research,at the same time in the future of state-owned enterprise leadership evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit the development of the research is prospected.
