Research On Innovation Performance Evaluation Of Logistics Park Under "Internet +"

The layout of economic globalization and the development of new technologies such as the Internet have led to the transformation of the logistics industry,so that the traditional logistics industry to the development of modern logistics industry.Logistics park is the logistics industry to a certain period of development of the inevitable product.Logistics park plays an important role in optimizing the layout of urban space,reducing urban pollution and improving the level of urban modernization.With the "Internet +" action plan to the national level,the traditional logistics park with Internet advanced technology began a new round of reform and innovation,accordingly,the logistics park innovation performance evaluation has become an urgent issue.This paper analyzes the present situation of the innovation performance evaluation index of the logistics park,and analyzes the current policy of the logistics park under the "Internet +".It analyzes the economic,social,environmental and technological innovation of the logistics park under the "Internet +",and puts forward the evaluation index system of innovation performance of logistics park under the form of "Internet +",which includes two aspects of innovation process performance and innovation output performance,and use the analytic hierarchy process to determine the index weight;aiming at the fuzziness of some qualitative evaluation indexes such as the level of modernization of the main body of operation,the fuzzy comprehensive evaluation method is used to integrate the index data.In order to illustrate the reasonable validity of the evaluation system,this paper chooses Hefei Port Logistics Park as an example to carry on the empirical research.Based on the established evaluation index system,this paper puts forward some suggestions for the government and the logistics park operators on how to improve the innovation performance of the logistics park under the "Internet +",to provide theoretical guidance for the innovation practice of the modern logistics park.
