With the deepening development of economic globalization and the continuous improvement of the market,The external environment of enterprises is becoming more and more complex,Market competition has been developed from the competition between the enterprises to the enterprise as the core of the network between the organization. Therefore, enterprises follow the atomic growth logic, simply rely on their own resources and capabilities have not been able to meet the survival and growth of the enterprise and to strengthen cooperation with other members of the network to achieve network to grow to be the effective path of enterprise development. However,in practical cooperation process, because of the different resources, scale, technology, management skills, and other many aspects, resulting in cooperation between the two sides in the cooperation, dependence on each other's unequal, and the formation of asymmetric collaboration.Under the background of the enterprise network growth, most of the researches focus on the positive effect of the network, and the lack of the research on the negative effect of network. In this paper, from the perspective of asymmetric dependence of Inter-organizational relation, the paper introduces the mechanism of Inter Organizational Conflict in the process of network growth from the perceived opportunism and unfair perception of two variables.Descriptive statistical analysis, correlation analysis and structural equation were obtained through the questionnaire survey:The asymmetric relation is not a direct result of the Inter-organizational Conflict, and the perception of opportunism and unfair perception plays a full intermediary role;Asymmetric dependence relationship and asymmetric dependent positive effect on perceived opportunism and unfair perception;unfair perception will strengthen perceived opportunism;as intermediary variables of perceived opportunism influence on Inter Organizational Conflict less than unfair perceptions.
