Economic responsibility audit is an audit system with the characteristics of our country.From the beginning of the 1980 s,the economic responsibility audit has been developing for thirty years.It is not only beneficial to prevent and control corruption from the source,but also to improve the ruling level of the leading cadres by examining the economic responsibility of the leading cadres during the term of office.W hospital is the top-three hospital in Shanxi Province,the hospital responsible a series of important task,for example,medical research,rehabilitation care and medical treatment.Our country has issued a series of laws and regulations and the system to increase the authority of public hospital economic responsibility auditing theory,but in practice is still a lack of a comprehensive and effective evaluation index system.In order to better promote W hospital medical service level,strengthen the economic responsibility appraisal of the hospital director,promote the efficient operation and standardization of the hospital,improve the level of the hospital management,Building a comprehensive standard economic responsibility audit evaluation index system for W hospital is important.After introducing the relevant theoretical research and the current situation of the evaluation index system of W hospital economic responsibility audit,this paper designs a set of evaluation index system of economic responsibility audit for W hospital,and draws up the advanced Concept of Balanced Scorecard and Analytic Hierarchy Process.The new index system not only makes the evaluation more comprehensive,the evaluation method is more scientific,the weighting more reasonable,and makes the W hospital economic responsibility audit more efficiency and effect,but also played a certain reference role for the public hospital director economic responsibility audit.
