With the rapid development of real estate in our country,the real estate market is becoming more and more competitive.China’s economic development is in transition at present.The important task of developing real estate in 2016 is to go to stock and solve real estate inventory.In order to Improve the marketing level of real estate enterprises and promote development of the real estate,real estate marketing planning is becoming more and more important.One purpose of this paper is to study the real estate market marketing model change and analyze of the xiamen real estate market environment and the characteristics of the real estate enterprise itself,so that the basis for marketing decision-making could be provided.The other one is based on the XX project marketing strategy research,to analyze the real estate product marketing,green marketing and relationship marketing,marketing strategy,and discuss its application value.Based on A real estate company XX residential project in xiamen as an example and research of the XX project marketing strategy,the A real estate company marketing countermeasure are explored.This article is of important theoretical guiding significance to xiamen tongan district real estate enterprise de-stocking.Based on A real estate company XX housing project,this paper expounds the background and significance of the research on real estate marketing strategy,and analyzes its development status at home and abroad,and puts forward the research idea and method of the article at first.Secondly,this paper puts forward the theoretical basis of this article,which includes the concept,content,analysis tools and influencing factors of real estate marketing.Thirdly,From the perspective of external environment,macro economic conditions,market demand,the government macroeconomic regulation and control,the Xiamen tongan district real estate marketing to inventory environmental challenges are analyzed.Then,Based on the A real estate company XX housing project as an example,to carry on the empirical analysis,from the project market demand analysis,five model analysis,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis and STP strategy analysis and put forward XX residential real estate marketing strategy.Finally,the paper puts forward the guarantee measures for the property marketing strategy of Xiamen tongan area in the background of de-stocking...
