O2O e-commerce mode has been obtained the high attention of the domestic and international theoretical circles and the business community and has been rapidly promoted as a new emerging e-commerce marketing model. O2O use the convenience, portable,identity and location can be traced and other characteristics of the mobile terminal to seize a large number of consumers and greatly expanding the scope of the market. O2O marketing model has been widely used in online travel, real estate, catering, clothing, car rental, luxury and other industries and has achieved good results. However, there are still some problems in the process of implementing the O2O marketing model,which hinders the further application and development of O2O marketing model.This paper uses the GeWei network as the research object to analysis the implementation of the O2O marketing model. GeWei network has achieved good results after the implementation of the O2O strategy as a multi brand clothing O2O e-commerce platform. The GeWei revitalize the offline experience shop in the capital operation, to enhance the company’s overall sales,promote the resources reasonable and effective use,speed up the brand through the flexible use of O2O mode of marketing.Firstly, the paper explain the development process of the GeWei network and introduce the mode and strategy of implementing O2O marketing strategy, which mainly include the increase of online promotion efforts, optimize the service innovation, online marketing; marketing strategy offline by speeding up the line store experience, enhance the experience of construction etc. And then it analyzes the GeWei network performance from the profitability, growth potential and operational efficiency of the three aspects. Finally,the Ge Wei network problems in the implementation of the marketing model of O2O are introduced and put forward specific coping strategies for the problems. The GeWei network exists the problems including franchisees, purchase channels, inventory, and online and offline synchronization. On the basis of detailed analysis of these problems, it puts forward some strategy to solve the problems. |
