The Protection Of Intellectual Property Rights,FDI And Independent Innovation

With the continuous development of national economy and the mode of innovation,production gradually to share in the global scope,and change the mode of production is the key to gain a competitive advantage,independent innovation ability has become a measure of the overall strength of a country or a region of the important standards,improve a country's capacity for independent innovation,to whether a country can cope with the challenge of the market under the condition of open economy is key.And various factors affecting the ability of independent innovation,such as capital investment,capital investment is a relatively broad concept,FDI,R&D as the object of this study,based on reading literature,FDI,R&D is very important to promote independent innovation ability,but also has many promote or hinder the FDI,R&D,and the relationship between the independent innovation factors,one of the important factors is the protection of intellectual property rights.However,about the protection of intellectual property rights,capital investment and the relationship among the independent innovation research,especially in intellectual property protection under the premise of R&D for the study of the influence of independent innovation,and compared with the developed countries,our country's intellectual property protection level is weak,has lagged behind the developed countries,can be the reference of foreign literature is limited.So in this background,FDI,R&D,how to improve the independent innovation ability through intellectual property protection level and obtain competitive advantage,has become the focus of academic research and industry development.This article first to define key concepts and segmentation,and on the basis of analysis of the FDI,R&D,and under the precondition of the protection of intellectual property rights of FDI,R&D,and investigated the impact of the independent innovation ability,and then put forward research hypothesis,and then to 22 provincial data from 2005-2014 as the research object,using panel data regression model,through econometric regression model to test demonstrates the above hypothesis is correct.The results show that FDI in independent innovation,to promote the independent innovation ability of R&D,under the limited conditions of intellectual property protection,the higher the degree of protection level,FDI,R&D can promote the independent innovation ability of ascension.
