Credit Risk Of Small And Medium-sized Enterprises Based On PSO-LSSVM The Study

The number of financial crisis occurred more and more,the problem of financing difficulties of SMEs is becoming more and more obvious in recent years.It affected China's economic development.So commercial banks and the government should be great concern to the question.Commercial banks have adopted many new approaches to credit risk management.Although they have eased but the effect is not obvious.If you want to solve the financing difficulties of SMEs,it is necessary to analyze the reasons.Resulting in the financing of SMEs is the root cause of commercial banks and SMEs caused by asymmetric information.If you want to solve the problem,you should find a way to accurately assess the credit risk of small and medium enterprises.If commercial banks should conduct accurately credit assessment of small and medium enterprises,the question of SME financing will be resolved.The paper is the evaluation of small and medium sized enterprise credit risk from the perspective of commercial banks.First,the paper analyzes the characteristics of small and medium-sized enterprises,credits risk evaluation index system of small and medium-sized enterprises and analyzes advantages and disadvantages of the existing credit risk evaluation methods.It determines the evaluation method with support vector machine.Because of the particularity of small and medium-sized enterprises,we take support vector machine into improving and optimizing.The support vector machine,which combines the least squares method with support vector machine and particle swarm algorithm is optimized for small and medium-sized enterprises.Whether the breach of the accurate classification,proves the superiority in the assessment based on the credit risk of SMEs in the PSO-LSSVM model,provides a very good method credit risk assessment of small and medium-sized enterprises for commercial banks.
