Funds is indispensable in the business operations,just like blood for body,it is a necessary condition for enterprise group creation,survival and development,The experience of developed countries has proved that,a growing number of financial institutions keen to providing intensive financial service,a growing trend of enterprise group Promote fund Intensive Operation,which can realize approved control fund resources by Headquarters,optimize allocation of resource within the scope of enterprise Group.As internal financial institutions,finance company play a unique role for fund centralism of enterprise group.On the one hand,it is a non-bank financial institutions,providing financial service,managed by CBRC and CCB,on the other hand,it also is a member of enterprise group,accepting leadership and development strategy of headquarter,has an important realistic meaning for carrying out Unified financial strategy of group and fund centralism of enterprise group.In this paper,from the point of enterprise group's internal governance and choice of Management and Control,using theoretical research and empirical analysis,to explore how to build a path way of fund centralism of enterprise group based on finance company.In theory,through searching extensive literature,Summarized research status of domestic and foreign fund management,involving study of enterprise Group management and control model,internal capital markets,the Combination theory,moral hazard.The paper introduced the concept of enterprise group fund centralized management mode,Selection and orientation of the enterprise group fund centralized management and control model.Through current problem cause analysis for the group centralized management of funds,fund out the advantage of finance company's fund management.In this paper,the author also combined with many years of experience in fund management,and course of TP Group centralized fund management,relying on typical case analysis,proposed appropriate measures and advice,to explore right way of the modern enterprise financial management for large state-owned enterprises.
