The Study On Purchasing Cost Management Of Y New Energy Company Based On ERP System

With developing and sustaining of China's new normal economy,the costs of resource elements such as labor,raw materials are all on the rise.These leads to much more pressure of manufacturing enterprise cost.Among them,the proportion of procurement costs in the total cost in manufacturing enterprises is pretty high.At the same time,the development trend of new energy industry is good,the expansion of market is rapid,and got great support from governments.However,the governments gradually reduce the subsidies for new energy companies in recent years.If new energy companies want to maintain a leading position in fierce market competition and get more profit margins,they have to strengthen the purchasing cost management.With the arrival of large data age,ERP system is developing fast in China,it becomes an indispensable information management system for lots of enterprises.The purchasing cost management of companies have achieved certain success.But with the increasing cost pressures,the internal and external environment of enterprises are more and more complex,ERP system gets further improvement in the context of information technology development.Which require enterprises to take various measures to improve the management of purchasing cost from all aspects of the procurement based on ERP system.In those ways,enterprises can enhance the ability of market competitiveness,and achieve better and more rapid development.This paper takes Y new energy company as a research object,does researches on the purchasing cost management based on ERP System by using the methods of document analysis and case analysis,interviewing and so on.The research discovers problems through analysing current situation in order to put forward improvement countermeasunee.There are five chapters in this paper.Chapter One:Introduction.This chapter introduces the research background and significance of the paper and combs the relevant theories of domestic and foreign research literature.It points out the innovation points of this paper with putting forward the research ideas and methods.Chapter Two:Related theoretical basis of ERP and purchasing cost management.The theory of ERP includes the connotation,management thoughts,function modules and effects on the ERP system.The theory of purchasing cost management includes the connotation and influencing factors of purchasing cost,features of purchasing cost in manufacturing new energy companies,the connotation and method theories of purchasing cost management.Chapter Three:Current situation and problems of purchasing cost management in Y new energy company.Based on introducing the development status of new energy photovoltaic industry,brief introduction of Y new energy company,current situation of management and control of procurement costs in Y new energy company,we have analyzed many problems of purchasing cost management.Chapter Four:Improvement measures of purchasing cost management for Y new energy company based on ERP system.Analysing the present situation of Y new energy company and the existing problems,this paper puts forward improvement countermeasures of purchasing cost management based on ERP system for Y new energy company from link of purchase plan,link of purchase process,link of putting in storage and the late management of procurement.Chapter Five:research conclusions and the forecast of this paper,summarize the paper and propose deficiencies.The main innovation of this paper lies in the object and content.Under the background of the new normal,the pressure of enterprise cost is increasing day by day,the purpose of this paper is to put forward improvement countermeasures of purchasing cost management based on ERP system for Y new energy company.At the same time,it can provide some references for other same type companies on purchasing cost management.
