Research On The Equity Incentive Plan And Its Effectiveness Of AKSW Company

Equity incentive is a commonly used incentive method in western developed countries,but also is a management model of Chinese enterprises in recent years to accelerate the promotion,the private listed companies gradually become the main domestic equity incentive implementation group because its internal governance structure more reasonable and its external supervision more relaxed.However,the rapid development of China’s private listed companies also exposed a lot of problems,these problems weaken the effectiveness of equity incentive,hindered the further development of private listed companies.Based on this background,selection of bio pharmaceutical industry in independent R&D capability and high ranked the forefront of the private listed company AKSW as the research sample,through the analysis of the company’s equity incentive problems,and put forward the improvement suggestions,in order for the successful implementation of other similar private equity incentive of listed companies to provide some help.This paper consists of six chapters.Firstly,it introduces the background and significance of this study,followed by a brief review of the domestic and international literature review,the relevant concepts and theoretical basis of equity incentive.Then based on the theory of equity incentive plan of AKSW company and effectiveness,which is described from the implementation of the background,motivation and the process of implementation of the equity incentive plan,from the analysis of the equity incentive effectiveness of operating performance and investment status,staff structure and research status.The last part is the inspiration of the case,the conclusion and prospect.This paper uses the method of case analysis,literature research and other research methods,through the analysis of the equity incentive plan of AKSW company and its effectiveness,on the basis of its equity incentive can be used for reference to perfect,and puts forward four improvement suggestions,such as establish appropriate equity incentive plan,establish a comprehensive and rational evaluation index system,perfect the internal corporate governance structure,improve relevant laws and regulations,in order to provide some reference value for other private listed companies similar to the development of equity incentive plan.
