Study On NEEQ Listed Operation Performance Of SME

Since the Eighteenth National Congress of the CPC,our country has decreased the enterprise registration threshold with the new development of domestic economy development.So the quantity of SME is increased.Currently,SME have been the important force for domestic development of economy and society but they face with the financial dilemma commonly.Hence,the NEEQ which was established in 2006 with peace for many years has been the new highlight of our capital market.All domestic limited companies could apply for the listed to have open transaction and directional financing when certain conditions are met.In the early stage,NEEQ has been the largest capital market with the amazing speed and the influence of the financing of SME has been increased.But the study to the operation performance after the NEEQ listed of domestic scholars is lagging.Hence,it is extremely important to have a profound study on the operation performance after the NEEQ listed.The paper concludes the dynamic theory of the NEEQ and operation performance of enterprise systemically by carding domestic and foreign literatures;secondly,it shows the development process and financing status of our NEEQ specifically and there is qualitative analysis to the positive effect of NEEQ listed to operation performance of SME;and then there is analysis of the change of operation performance of NEEQ listed with empirical study and case study;finally,it points out the operation issue existed in the development process of our SME and suggests some solutions to improve the operation performance of SME in the NEEQ.Empirical study finds that the operation performance of the enterprise would be increased in the year of NEEQ listed;but there would be decrease after sometime of NEEQ listed.Although the performance could not keep increase after the listed,it could be predicted that there would be better operation performance of the company listed in NEEQ;case study finds that the performance of Y company is unsatisfactory both in the year of NEEQ listed and after sometime of NEEQ listed.But the latest data shows that the operation performance of Y company has been greatly increased and the future development prospect is better.In a word,the operation performance of SME is hard to increase constantly in the short time of NEEQ listed.But as time goes on and operation problems of SME can be resolved gradually,we believe that the operation performance of long term will be improved significantly.
