The global value chain revolution has changed the traditional trade model and has led to changes in trade development chains, trade competition chains and trade governance.Crossing the border is the main feature of globalization in the twenty-first century.International business practices cover all aspects of products, services, expertise, investment, training, thinking and the transboundary movement of talent. The global value chain redefines the comparative advantage, and developing countries can both promote their technological progress and industrial upgrading through integration into the full value chain and face the risk of "low end lock" traps in the international vertical division of labor.Because of reform and opening,China has opened the door to embrace the world. Thanks to the rich and low labor resources and relatively perfect industrial matching and processing and assembly capabilities,Chinese enterprises actively integrated into the global value chain division of labor,"Made in China" for the world to provide affordable Quality products,in recent years, with the rapid development of China's economy,"the world factory" is gradually moving to the manufacturing power forward. However, the status of Chinese enterprises in the global value chain division of labor system has been effectively improved, access to value-added capacity has not improved, how to further transformation and upgrading? There is a need for further research on these issues. In this context, this paper makes an empirical study on the technological progress effect of China's major industrial industries participating in the global division of value chain: the first part of the global value chain theory and measurement methods of the literature were sorted out, followed by focus on domestic and foreign Scholars' two different views on the technological progress effects of the global value chain.Chapter 2 analyzes the influence mechanism of the global value chain division of labor on the technological progress and the main ways from the theoretical level, and summarizes the industry heterogeneity factors which affect the spillover effect of the global value chain division of labor. In the third chapter,we use the input-output table to measure the vertical specialization and total factor productivity index of China's major industrial sectors from 1999 to 2014.The results show that the vertical specialization index of China's major industrial sectors shows an upward trend, the total factor productivity Growth is stable, the growth rate between the industry is not very different, the development of a more balanced.Chapter 4,through the construction of China's industrial industry in the global value chain in the division of labor status of the impact of technological progress on the model, the integration of global value chain into the industrial sector of the comprehensive impact of technological progress, empirical analysis of the results of China's industrial industry in the global value The influence of the division of labor in the chain on the technological progress shows the inverted U-type relationship. In addition, industry characteristics have a significant impact on technology spillovers. In the context of global value chain, the influence of R & D intensity, property right system and export density on technological progress is negative, and the influence of industry scale and technical level on technological progress is positive.Chapter 5,combined with the empirical analysis of the results of China's industrial sector in the global value chain in the division of labor status and industry characteristics of the relevant policy recommendations in order to participate in the process of global production division of labor,to avoid weakness,as far as possible to play a positive impact of the global value chain division of labor,to eliminate the possible adverse effects.
