| Based on the rapid development of Internet technology,e-commerce shopping has become an important way of shopping and it’s indispensable in people’s life.Although it is not affected by geographical,time characteristics amd brings convenience for people,the vast amounts of information for people in shopping search and selection brings great distress.thus e-commerce personalized information recommendation service came into being.Personalized information recommendation service is to grab the user’s interests and other information for users to recommend the corresponding goods,aiming at improving the efficiency of the user’s purchase,reduce the time cost.But because access to information is not complete,the recommendation technology is lack,the goods electricity enterprises recommended and the real demand from users usually exist some difference,which creates the precision of personalized information recommendation service is not high,customer satisfaction is low,making e-commerce personalized information recommendation service failed to play its real role.Customer satisfaction as a user to evaluate the service and manifested intuitively,it’s represents the user’s actual demand,for the research and development of e-commerce personalized information recommendation service has a significant effect.In this paper,the first part introduces the related theory,including the concept,characteristics and main theoretical model of users’ satisfaction,analyzes the content,characteristics and significance of personalized information recommendation service.The second part deeply studies the electronic commerce personalized information recommendation service technology,processes,patterns and the existing problems.The third part constructs the electronic commerce personalized information recommendation service user satisfaction influencing factors model,through the questionnaire investigation of different users,the model is revised,it is concluded that the important factors that affect customer satisfaction.The fourth part combine e-commerce personalized information recommendation service patterns and processes,build a new e-commerce model of personalized information recommendation,and expounds the characteristics of the new model and put forward the development of personalized information recommendation service’s security system. |
