Research On The Index Of Value Creation Abilitycaused By The Assets Reorganization Of Automobile Enterprise

Modern enterprise regard the maximum value of a company as the goal of enterprise development,so the research of enterprise value creation is of great significance.Enterprises should optimize the allocation of resources to achieve their objective of creating value.Asset restructuring is an important way for enterprises to optimize the allocation of resources,so we should pay attention to the research on the creation of value caused by the assets reorganization of enterprise.China's low concentration ratio of automobile industry results in a waste of resources.And some enterprises are state-owned enterprises which is not very dynamic.The recent national policy is to encourage the asset restructuring of automotive industry.So the assets reorganization is an important resource allocation for automobile enterprises.Automobile enterprise can expand the scale of production,achieve economies of scale through the reorganization of assets.And the automobile enterprise's production is more concentrated,avoiding the resource waste and promoting the healthy development of the automobile industry.So we will research on automobile enterprise value creation ability of asst reorganization.Firstly,through arranging the document about research on value creation of assets reorganization and assets reorganization agent theory,value creating ability concept and the value creation theory analysis,summed up the automobile enterprise motivation of assets reorganization and the creation of enterprise value's influencing factor.It establishes a certain theoretical foundation for the construction of the index of this paper.Then,according to automobile enterprises reorganization's motivation and the influencing factors of value creation,automobile enterprise value creation ability index of reorganization of assets are divided into six categories,And the financial indicators are classified according to these six kinds of capabilities,in order to achieve the purpose of using financial indicators to analyze the value of assets restructuring.Then,the above indicators are used in the case of SAIC assets reorganization,and the six aspects of the value creation ability of SAIC assets reorganization are analyzed.Finally,Combined with the characteristics of automobile industry and the SAIC case analysis,it summarizes the ability about value creation of the assets restructuring and puts forward some suggestions according to the index to automobile enterprises.
