In the high requirements of production safety and ecological safety,enterprises will input a certain number of resources in order to reduce the loss of security,the cost of energy and the pollution.Under the limitation of the total resource that is input,there exists the competition in resources among the sub factors.Due to the universal unscientific phenomenon in safe input decision among the enterprises that produce coal,it causes the structure imbalance in safe input.The company's production accident cause and environmental problems have not been effectively improve when it causes the waste of resources at the same time,which brings heavy economic burden to the enterprise and nation.Therefore,how to use resources efficiently,consider both production safety and the realistic requirement of ecological security,realize the double goals of coal mine safety production and green production have become an important problem urgently to be solved in the coal industry.The paper firstly establishes security loss model based on support vector regression machine,using the objective function with the minimizing safety lost,and combining with the real constraint conditions,this paper constructs the coal mine safety investment optimization model for green manufacturing;Use the improved particle swarm optimization(IPSO)based on the search strategies of particle to solve the model;Finally,with X mine as an example for the empirical analysis,this article verifies the validity of the model,and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions according to the result of optimization.In the paper,the important research contents include:(1)Build the security loss model.this paper discusses safe influential factors from personnel,machinery,equipment,environment,safety management,pollution treatment investment.etc and determines the input indexes;In light of traditional C-D function fitting method of the relationship between safety input and safety loss to solve fuzzy complex safety in coal production areas having certain limitations,therefore,the introduction of support vector regression method is proposed to merge and build the mechanism model of safety investment and loss.(2)Build and solve the safety investment optimization model.On the basis of building safety cost model,with the minimizing safety lost as its objective function and the restrictions on the actual requirements as constraint conditions,this paper establishes the optimization model of coal mine safety input for green production.In order to guarantee the global convergence,this paper,based on the PS-PSO algorithm,introduces the adaptive control strategy to improve the algorithm and solve the model.(3)Take the mining group X as an example for empirical research and put forward the corresponding countermeasures.First of all,through the research and the collection of the data of X mine,this paper constructs the X coal mine safety investment optimization model for green manufacturing;Secondly,comparing the two methods of solving the optimization results with X mine safety input condition prior to the optimization shows that IPSO algorithm based model can further reduce the cost of overall security;Finally,Suggestions are proposed to improve the optimization results of X mine,in order to realize the safety input optimization method in the application in the process of coal production.The results show that the coal mine safety loss model is established in this paper can more accurately describe the nonlinear effect between safety input and safety cost,Based on this,the coal safety input optimization model for green production realizes the optimization for safety input structure.Some more ideal results are obtained in the parts of model solving.This paper not only theoretically enriches the scope of research oriented the green production of safety resources input optimization,but also supplies methods for safe and efficient development of coal resources in our country,the improvement of serious coal mine security situation,the promotion of the sustainable development of coal production.
