Analysis And Research On The Mechanism And Countermeasures Of China's International Balance Of Payments

In the current global economic integration trend,the balance of payments can best reflect the level of economic development and the degree of opening to the outside world.The balance of payments not only affects the effectiveness of our economy,highlighting China 's economic strength and international influence;but also affects China's economic development process,reflected in the national standard of living.And because of China's economic development in the gradual exposure of the problem,the reaction in China's international balance of payments has always maintained a high surplus.So to maintain our balance of payments is the most important part of China's economic development,but also the hot issues we continue to study.In this paper,we combine literature research,data analysis and theory and practice,as 2012 to split the line before and after China's international balance of payments imbalances make one by one analysis.In view of China's international balance of payments imbalance,China's international balance of payments imbalances analysis,mechanism analysis,and to explore the relevant solutions.This article mainly includes the following parts:Firstly,it is a part that said the research background and importance of this paper.The first chapter analyzes the balance of payments theory and the literature on international balance of payments at home and abroad,briefly understands the current development situation of international balance of payments,and focuses on the analysis of China's balance of payments situation.Secondly,followed by an analysis of the current state of balance of payments between the current account and the capital account respectively since 1999.From the data and charts in the analysis of the past 10 years under the current account and capital account under the account of the changes in the sub-accounts,the larger changes in the project to conduct a more careful study,and listed China's large balance of payments caused by the surplus on the impact at home and abroad.Then the paper analyzes the formation of the problem of "double surplus" for many years,and analyzes the mechanism of this imbalance in the new situation of the deficit of capital account in recent years,and puts forward the future problem of international balance of payments imbalance can solve the corresponding countermeasures.The balance of payments reflects a country's economic development and external international influence,which is an extremely important indicator in the macroeconomics.Although the balance of payments problem is commonplace,in the current unpredictable international situation,can adjust the balance of payments policy at any time to maintain the balance of payments will help to achieve the vitality of China's economic development,help to strengthen our "New Normal " under the international competitiveness.
