As one of the important pillars of China's economic development,housing industry plays an important role in social and economic development.With the rapid development of the housing industry in recent years,The first and second tier cities have been close to the bottleneck stage,the eyes of the developers turned to the vast natural areas.With the rapid development of residential industry in the county area county of Henan Province,the development of a lot of studies and reports of high inventory,overheating has gradually emerged,supply and demand and inventory in a sense in the county area of Henan Province real estate problems,development situation is not optimistic.This paper is divided into six chapters,including the three or four and the five chapters.The first part of the first chapter on the current domestic residential area in the county of Henan province and development trend are introduced briefly,and expounds the purpose,significance and methods of this research,related research achievements of scholars at home and abroad is reviewed and summarized,as do the theory guarantee and support for this research,and finally put forward the possible innovation;secondly,in the second chapter,combined with the specific data analysis of the current situation of residential area of county region development in Henan Province,divided into the history and the situation of the residential development of county regional development and make a through study on the current development trend of the current overall judgment,the research current situation of the development of the specific divided into the supply,demand and inventory in three aspects;thirdly,in the third chapter of the imbalance between supply and demand in the housing market of the county in Henan Province From the supply,demand and other three aspects;then,using principal component analysis method in the fourth chapter the author collected 105 counties in Henan province(city)7 residential development data relevant to the residential area of Henan Province,the balanced development of county level was evaluated in comparison with 2 principal components were calculated each county(City)comprehensive score and ranking,after further combined with the geographical position of rank analysis to explain.At the end of the article,the author of the aforementioned County of Henan Province residential market development status,influence the balanced development of the cause,and the balanced development of rank and composition,put forward three major countermeasures respectively,to promote the balanced development of the county of Henan province area housing industry from three aspects of supply and demand and other policies.Through this study,can the county area of Henan Province,105 counties(city)have a comprehensive and specific understanding of the residential market development,so that the related departments to achieve targeted policy;at the same time,this paper put forward on the basis of the three aspects of countermeasures that can not only promote the development of the residential market in Henan county area and even for similar problems in China and other counties in the three or four line of the city residential development can also have some help.
