Along with the Internet technology changing rapidly,continuous emergence of new media forms.Compared with the traditional media,new media information content more abundant,spread more alarming speed,influence the broader scope.New media has created the media and public opinion environment which was no parallel in history.The new media era,information dissemination emerged from the "one to many" to "many to many",Stronger real-time,information fragmentation,new media linkage,the gatekeeper weakening effect of media.The media is a "double-edged sword" sharper than ever before.Under the new media environment,the characteristics of the source of enterprise crisis everywhere,nowhere to hide,figure outbreak faster and wider,more destructive,crisis information identification more difficult.At the same time,the new media environment for enterprise crisis public relations opportunities:real-time communication and improve the efficiency of crisis management;new media platform to promote the diversification of crisis communication;the "dialogue" to contribute to the spread of positive guidance of public opinion;"many to many" communication mode to expand the public relations crisis accept face.In the new media environment,enterprise crisis increasing frequency,spread faster and wider,deeper level of damage,the enterprise how to deal with the crisis public relations in the new media environment,reduce the loss of the enterprise,to restore the normal business order,protect the brand reputation,sustainable development has become an important subject.Xinjiang Construction Corps as a special political system,it appears not only the continuation of China dynasties shoubian solid edge an important national policy,but also is a successful example of the new road to explore the construction of Xinjiang China.In this system,the dissemination of information and public opinion guide environment also has its particularity,this paper is based on the age of new media communication,combined with the related theory of crisis communication,crisis communication of Xinjiang enterprises in the new media perspective,through the analysis of the typical case of "Tianrun yogurt incident".To find the shortcomings of the crisis in the process.And the problems exposed,and corresponding countermeasures were put forward under the new media environment,Xinjiang enterprises should take in the process of crisis communication.
