With the continuous development of economic globalization and integration,Enterprises have become more aware that the internationalization of enterprises has become an inevitable trend in the development of Indian enterprises.Tata Consultancy Services(hereinafter referred to as TCS)is currently the largest software company in Asia.In 2002,TCS led Indian IT industry into Chinese market,and became the first foreign owned enterprise of India in China.This thesis is divided into five parts.First briefly introduces the research background and significance of this study,and makes a brief overview of the research methods.Secondly,it briefly introduces the domestic and foreign scholars on the international market related theories,such as the international market entry strategy management content,the choice of the target market,the development strategy of enterprise internationalization management,analysis methods and so on and concepts of software consulting industry related to this thesis.In the third part,it discusses the feasibility of the software service industry cooperation between China and India.It is concluded that there is a strong complementary between the two countries,and the feasibility of cooperation is very high.The fourth part,first of all,briefly introduces the TCS company and tells how TCS company enters the Chinese market process.Then it analyzes in detail about the TCS company's strategy to enter the Chinese market.In the fifth part,the thesis puts forward to some optimization schemes for TCS based on SWOT analysis and hopefully helps inspire other India companies to enter the Chinese market.
