Research On The Incentive Mechanism Of The Loan Service Institution In The Process Of The Securitization Of The Non-performing Assets

On the base of the definition of the securitization of the non-performing assets,this paper analyzes the positive impact of the securitization of the non-performing assets on the operation of commercial banks and the development of the securitization of the non-performing assets in China.On this basis,this paper focuses on the incentive mechanism of the loan service institution in the process of the securitization of the non-performing assets,and explains the concept,significance and principles of the incentive mechanism.Based on the analysis of the incentive mechanism of the 14 non-performing loan backed securities issued in 2016,this paper sums up three kinds of modes.By the comparative analysis of three kinds of modes,this paper puts forward the influencing factors of the incentive mechanism of the loan service institutions,as well as the impact on the non-performing loan backed securities,thus providing the reference for the subsequent development of the incentive mechanism of the loan service institutions.
