Throughout the western market economy developed countries in recent decades,the rapid economic development,there are many factors.Resources,geographical location,international relations,management system,innovation ability have become a powerful driving force for its development.Benign and rapid development of enterprises in which made a very prominent contribution.Enterprise development is inseparable from management personnel.China's rise,the most critical lies in the rise of the economy,the rise of enterprises determine the rise of the economy.In the twenty-first Century,the rise of Chinese enterprises faced many challenges,especially the urgent need to solve the three problems are agency issues,talent issues,management power transfer problem.Until now,many companies in our country enterprises to implement the equity incentive system,the incentive system can become an effective way to solve the agency problem,our common enterprise personnel management problems and the transfer of power,the existing theories and did not give a sufficient answer.Moreover,due to the special situation of China,the introduction of the mechanism of late,development is relatively imperfect,implementing equity incentive effect is not particularly obvious,therefore,in recent years on the equity incentive is a study hotspot in the academic circles of our country,as well as the difficulty of impact on the company's performance,scholars of the research the conclusions are not the same.This paper tries to study the problem of the listed company incentive impact on the performance of the company shares,making a contribution to the research system,in order to better serve the equity incentive mechanism in listed company,to maximize its utility.By reviewing the domestic and foreign related theories of equity incentive,equity incentive evaluation methods on the performance of the company,the U.S.group analysis of the implementation of the three phase of the equity incentive plan,group equity incentive program of the United States and the implementation of the results evaluation,and obtains the enlightenment,put forward new ideas and methods for the improvement of listed company equity incentive.The specific research methods include literature survey,empirical analysis,qualitative and quantitative analysis,using the data to draw conclusions and also defines the performance and equity incentive,equity incentive introduced our country's development process and after the need for improvement.Through the research on the background and significance,the research status at home and abroad shows that the environment.Based on the theory elaborated the equity incentive plan,through horizontal and vertical comparative analysis of equity incentive effect,analysis and application of enterprise operating capacity,profitability,solvency and development ability during the final application of net profit chain replacement analysis DuPont analysis system under the judge further changes of enterprise comprehensive ability.In accordance with the implementation of specific programs for the comprehensive evaluation of other companies to find out the problems and deficiencies,and finally put forward the corresponding improvement measures to improve the operability of the paper.To study the effects of the group of the United States through the implementation of equity incentive on the performance of the company,China's listed companies that implement equity incentive can improve the performance of the company,but there are still some problems need to be improved,should change the past single equity incentives in the implementation of the incentive model,the combination of a variety of modes.In the aspect of performance evaluation,the company should increase the performance evaluation index to ensure the effectiveness of the equity incentive.
