Evaluation Of The Handing Model Of Endowment Insurance Based On Catastrophe Progression Method

The thesis came from New Public Management theory,Government Performance theory and PV-GPG theory,analyzing the evaluation standard of endowment insurance handing model,and then building the index system of evaluating the handling efficiency of endowment insurance.Furthermore,it combed the related research on the handling model endowment insurance,which divided the current endowment insurance handing mode in our country into four parts according to the set(sub)power dimension and the concentration degree of each kind of insurance:"Five Insurances Gathered into One,Local Management","Five Insurances Gathered into One,Vertical Management","Five Insurances Respectively,Vertical Management","Five Insurances Respectively,Local Management".Based on the four handling models,the thesis selected Guangdong,Shanghai,Shaanxi and Shanxi as the representatives separately.To insure the scientific of the evaluation,the thesis used CPM as an empirical research method,and combing Delphi method it extracted the related data of endowment insurance efficiency between 2010 and 2014 from Shanxi Shanghai,Guangdong,Shaanxi.The thesis evaluated the efficiency of the four handling models,and then got a conclusion that with Shanghai as a representative of "Five Insurances Gathered into One,Vertical Management" is the highest efficiency;with Guangdong as the representative of "Five Insurances Gathered into One,Local Management" is the second;with Shaanxi as a representative of "Five Insurances Respectively,Vertical Management" is the third one;and the last one is the Shanxi that as a representative of "Five Insurances Respectively,Local Management".According to the results of empirical study,this thesis holds that China's endowment insurance agency should adopt the"Five Insurances Gathered into One,Vertical Management" model.
