Study On The Evaluation And Countermeasures Of Service Quality Satisfaction In International Airport Of Xinjiang Diwopu

Along with science and technology advancement,air transport plays a more and more important role in the transportation industry.During the 12 th five-year plan,The GDP of Xinjiang was the best in the western conference with its rapid economic development.Meanwhile,air transport is an important force and inseparable part in the Xinjiang's economic.The growth of air transport will ease the stress on working conditions,promote the economy and improve the industrial structure.It will be the engine of economic growth to the Xinjiang.However,there are many deficiencies need to improve on the Urumchi Diwobao International Airport,including flight delayed,failure safe and inefficient communication between airport and passengers.In this paper,the research for Urumchi Diwobao International Airport was confimed by means of SWOT firstly.Andthen,we paid special attention to the mutual influence of foctories.After that we will take a questionnaire of to decide on the final theme.Through the evaluation of the quality of service satisfaction research,we can achieve more reasonable distribution and utilization in the airport service.It is expected that these reserch and countermeasures to build a new development platform to promote a development stratagem of Urumchi Diwobao International Airport and sustainable development...
