enterprise managers have more and more attention to work engagement that is a positive organization variable.Factors that affect work engagement is numerous,this paper argues that job resources is one of the important influence factors.Job resources mainly include social support,performance feedback,career development and participative management.Job resources is the important basis of the work,job resources make the work complete more effective.Previous researches had shown that job resources play the role of external motivation and internal motive.It is the key point of this paper that job resources how to affect work engagement through emotion.And psychological empowerment can reflect the process of producing positive emotion in employees' mind.Therefore,This will be the “job resources——psychological empowerment ——work engagement” as a model,and psychological empowerment as a mediated variable.This paper collected 510 samples in total from different enterprises.The paper will adopt empirical method to test research hypotheses by using SPSS22.0 and AMOS17.0 software.Firstly,examining reliability and validity of questionnaire.Secondly,I will process variables contained in the questionnaire by the means of descriptive statistical analysis.Thirdly,examining relationship among job resources,work engagement and psychological empowerment.Finally,examining mediating effect of psychological empowerment.Through the empirical study,we found that there are significant positive correlation among job resources,work engagement and psychological empowerment,and psychological empowerment is a partial mediator between job resources and work engagement.
