In a global manufacturing environment,the reducer single-plant production model is changing to multi-plant production model.Traditional single-plant production planning and scheduling methods have been inconsistent with the strategic objectives of enterprises.Data show that multi-plant production planning and scheduling research mostly for small quantities of single-product manufacturing,There are less research about multi-product and multi-distributor for reducer.It has become a top priority for companies to achieve the cooperation between the multi-plant production planning and scheduling methods for reducer.Therefore,It has theoretical significance and application value to research the multi-plant production planning and scheduling methods from a global perspective.Firstly,this paper defined the concept of multi-plant and ues TSD reducer manufacturing enterprises as the research object,It was researched from the following aspects:(1)In order to solve the problem of multi-plant production resource of reducer,this paper analyzes TSD reducer manufacturing enterprise's supply chain structure.A multi-product and multi-plant production planning model with capacity constraint was established.A solving algorithm based on linear programming and LINGO language was designed.It also made a sensitivity analysis for the model parameters,these all provided a rational production plan for enterprises.(2)Due to the uncertainty of the production environment,the effect of abnormal disturbances on multi-plant production is magnified compared to the production of single plants.Considering the situation of emergency orders have the greatest impact on the reducer enterprises and the highest frequency of emergent orders,the multi-plant production re-scheduling and collaboration method is studied.A multi-plant production re-scheduling coordination model is established.A multi-Production scheduling coordination algorithm to solve how to assign the number of emergency orders between Multi-plants and find the most reasonable re-scheduling program was designed.(3)Based on the study of production planning and scheduling problem of multi-plant of reducer,in order to achieve the Visualization Management for Production Planning and Scheduling,the multi-agent production planning and scheduling prototype system of reducer based on multi-agent is designed,and the corresponding system architecture and data model are constructed..It will lay a foundation for the implementation of multi-plant production planning and scheduling method.The multi-plant production planning and multi-plant scheduling and dispatching collaboration algorithm proposed in this paper lays the foundation for the study of multi-plant production planning and scheduling.It also provides multi-plant production information for enterprises in global manufacturing environment to respond to customers' shared and collaborative scheduling solution.
