Logistics Cost Management Of Pharmaceutical Companies

With the development of society,people gradually realized that efficient logistics cost management and control can effectively reduce business costs for enterprises to bring new profit growth point.As closely related with the people's livelihood,scientific management and effective control of the pharmaceutical industry logistics cost should get more attention.This paper compares the current situation of medical logistics at home and abroad,introduces the theory of logistics cost management and logistics cost accounting.In view of the situation and development trend of domestic pharmaceutical logistics in recent years,this paper points out the aspects that have important influence factors on the cost management of pharmaceutical logistics enterprises,and then summarizes several problems which are universal and urgent to be solved.In the fourth and fifth chapters,in view of these problems,combined with the theory and method mentioned in the third chapter,from the most influential aspects of the use of professional knowledge to reduce the logistics cost of pharmaceutical companies to solve the proposed measures.In the proposed solution,accompanied by examples of the explanation,hope that a more simple and clear description of these methods and the combination of theory and practice.The core idea of medical logistics cost lies in the detailed analysis of the actual business,in ensuring the correct logistics operation procedures,the cost to be a reasonable reduction in the possible risk of logistics to avoid.Reduced logistics costs mean increased competitive advantage in product pricing,to bring more profits for enterprises.The vast majority of enterprises involved in the logistics of the relevant methods are specific funding control and reduction at present.But the logistics cost is a system concept,embodied in many links.There are many different output representations that can't use a specific indicator to control.So before the logistics event should be fully predicted and analysis,in the logistics events should to adjust the intervention,after the logistics should to do a summary and improvement.From a macro point of view,if the industry's logistics efficiency is generally improved,the average logistics costs up to a new level,then the industry's international competitiveness will be enhanced.Based on the theory of logistics cost management,this paper discusses the issues related to reducing the logistics cost of pharmaceutical enterprises in combination with the logistics situation and cost characteristics of pharmaceutical enterprises.Hope this can provide a reference for the healthy development of pharmaceutical enterprises.
