Research On The Construction Of Risk Rating System For Financing Guarantee Institutions In Wuhai City

The number of small and medium-sized enterprises in China increased year by year,the proportion of the population in the value of the total amount of China’s economy is increasing,but by the scale,and the credit system of small and medium-sized enterprises have long-term constraints,financing difficulties,which restrict their own development and growth.Based on this,there are some financing guarantee of social enterprises,by virtue of their own economic strength and social reputation,serve as a bridge between banks and small and medium-sized enterprises,increasing the possibility of financing of small and medium-sized enterprises,alleviate the pressure of bank lending.By virtue of its own credit financing guarantee institutions to provide services,but also have a certain risk,reduce risk is a fundamental objective of financing guarantee institutions,the effective solution is to choose the appropriate guarantee customers,thereby reducing the rate of compensation.In view of this problem,in order to effectively control the risk of financing guarantee institutions,design the corresponding enterprise risk rating system becomes very important.In this research,the paper focuses on the system analysis and design of the risk rating system of Wuhai city financing guarantee institutions.First,an overview of the research background and significance of this research;secondly,this paper systematically describes the theory and progress of the foundation;again,for the development of the current situation and risk of Wuhai guarantee industry is discussed in detail,the introduction of AHP theory to construct the risk assessment model,and gives the model index based on risk assessment;finally,selected Wuhai city A company as the object as the guarantee project are analyzed,and generate the specific control strategy of Wuhai A company guarantee project risk.
