In recent years,China's ongoing economic structural adjustment,economic growth slowed.In the bond market,events of default are rising bit by bit,the credit risk problem increasingly prominent.N have stronger competitiveness of heavy chemical industry group in Inner Mongolia,including coal,electric power,metallurgy,chemical industry,real estate five plates,but as the industry,environmental protection policy influence gradually deepen the change of situation,N face the enterprise structure adjustment and industrial upgrading and reform demand,enterprise's internal and external environment is undergoing profound changes,the production operation management becomes unstable,credit risk will also cause for concern,therefore,research on the construction of enterprise credit risk control system and application has very great realistic significance.This paper on the basis of domestic and foreign relevant research of the theory of credit risk control,starting from the enterprise background,introduced the basic situation of enterprises,operating conditions,and the details of the bond,by analyzing the characteristics of N and the credit risk type as the breakthrough point,first of all,from the perspective of financial activity management,respectively selected the profitability,solvency,operation,development and financial structure of the five levels of financial indicators,and on the basis of market environment,internal environment information two non financial point of view,establishment a complete credit risk early warning system,N as the research object for specific application;Secondly,from the financial risk control,improve the ability of strategic decision,establishing the mechanism of investor protection,improve the system of circular economy industrial chain four aspects to establish control;Finally,according to the system implementation and the change of internal and external environment,improve and perfect the risk control system continuously,to ensure control effect.This paper aimed to bond credit risk control of N,promote health and continue development,and give a little bit thoughts for the bond market credit risk control.
