The Management And Model Construction Of "Enriching Farmers In Intellectual Property"

Beginning in 2008,the use and protection of agricultural intellectual property has been rising,increasing farmers' income and getting rid of poverty in rural areas have always been a high priority for the party and the state,in recent years,by developing of characteristic industries to achieve out of poverty in poor areas has been greatly supported by the party and the state.By searching for relevant information and summarizing previous studies,it is found that tea industry is the characteristic industry of gold arc tea production area of Anhui,but the research on the intellectual property rights of tea is relatively few,mostly concentrated in the agricultural intellectual property rights,SWOT analysis of tea industry,the improvement of agricultural policy,etc.,for the tea intellectual property rights and " enriching farmers in intellectual property " research is very little.This paper attempts to innovate the research perspective,research content,related concepts and theoretical connotation,from a management perspective,put forward the new concept of "enriching farmers in intellectual property",on the basis of summarizing the theory of intellectual property management,clarifies the definition and characteristics of intellectual property management,the theory of intellectual property management in broad sense and narrow sense is divided,its connotation and theoretical framework are explained,and the multi collaborative management mode of tea intellectual property rights is constructed.Through the comprehensive use of case analysis,literature research,and comparative research,study on the management of the regional tea intellectual property rights.Taking gold arc tea production area as a case,discusses the relationship between the management of intellectual property and the enriching farmers.From the three aspects of development,operation and protection,the status and problems of the regional tea intellectual property management are analyzed.By comparing the characteristics of intellectual property management of West Lake Longjing,Xinyang Maojian,Anxi Tieguanyin and Darjeeling tea in India,obtained the same points,and it provided reference for the regional tea intellectual property management.On the basis of the previous research,this paper constructs the multi cooperative management mode of tea intellectual property in the region,and points out the responsibilities of each subject in the development of tea intellectual property management and tea industry,on the basis of this model,a set of management institutions with the tea industry management committee as the center is set up,and put forward specific policy recommendations,to ensure that the regional tea intellectual property management can really increase the income of farmers,so as to help other similar poverty-prone areas.
