| China fully entered in the era of high-speed rail from 2004.We broke the situation of lacking of high-speed rail equipment manufacturing technology in domestic by introducing the advanced technology from the whole world and opened the way to developing our country?s high-speed rail.After that,we mastered the related core technology of high-speed trains through digesting and absorbing the introduction technology from others.Then our high-speed rail technology gained a further development because of the introduction technology?s localization and upgrade according to the actual situation in our country.Eventually high-speed rail equipment technology industry in our country takes a constantly independent innovation,pushing the domestic high-speed rail equipment technology to the leading position in the world.China becomes the largest high-speed rail country in the world.Our technology undergoes the “behind-catch-transcend” route and takes a rapid expansion.High-speed rail equipment manufacturing industry of our country has taken “Introduction-Digestion-Re-innovation” mode of technology innovation,it makes our high-speed rail from zero to the first in the world and getting a great achievement.This thesis takes the perspective of high-speed railway equipment manufacturing industry technological innovation and the development of high-speed railway,to roundly research the related background and path,evaluate the performance for the high-speed railway equipment industry?s technology innovation mode.In the process of high-speed rail equipment manufacturing technology innovation,it gradually formed a technology innovation system comprising government,enterprises,universities,and mixed organization among the three.And there is a matching relation between innovation?s model and the capability.We establish an index system to evaluate the technology innovation ability of the high-speed rail equipment manufacture industry according to the complex system coordination degree model in this paper.At the same time,this thesis selects the actual data of the related indicators in the four subsystems form 2008 to 2015 aiming to gain the change of the degree of order in subsystem and the technology innovation ability of our high-speed rail equipment manufacture industry in the whole. |
