Research In Risks And Countermeasures Of ABS In Infrastrure

This paper first introduces the relevant theoretical background and the existing research results in this field.Then,the paper expounds the current operation and development of ABS in the field of infrastructure,mainly from three angles:the market background,he development of the analysis and the adaptability analysis.This paper classifies the risks and problems of ABS in the field of infrastructure:basic asset risk,product design risk,financial contract risk,interest rate risk and liquidity risk.On the basis of the above classification,this paper analyzes the current situation of ABS in the field of infrastructure.The central risk of ABS in the field of infrastructure is associated with the underlying assets,such underlying assets have a high concentration of industry and are affected strongly by the national macro environment.Asset securitization product design field of China's infrastructure business problems:measures to increase the trust of products are lack of effectiveness,Original Owners produce operational risk and products lack default arrangement.This paper introduces the theory of contract,which shows the riks of information asymmetry and moral riks in ABS.In addition,the interest rate risk and liquidity risk are also worthy of attention.Subsequently,this paper analyzes the only default case in the current market and expounds its risks and problems.Finally,this article put forward relevant suggestions,struglling to build a more fairly and reasonable market environment and hoping Enterprise asset securitization can better serve the field of infrastructure investment and financing.
