Analysis On The Valuation Of Internet Enterprise Based On Different Stages Of Equity Investment

The equity investment market of China has gone through a steady development of more than 20 years.The stock and incremental assets are constantly reaching a new peak.At the same time,equity investment as one of the most important asset allocations today and future,plays a key role in China's capital market.Under this new normal,the "Internet +" has been written into the government work report,thus the relevant business entrepreneurial activities spring up.In this context,the Internet enterprises have gradually become a hot issue in China's equity investment market no matter the cold winter in capital.How to value the Internet enterprises in different stages of equity investment is not only the theoretical need of perfecting the valuation system of Internet enterprises,but also the practical needs of investors.Firstly,this paper introduced the study background,and pointed out the importance of exploring the reasonable valuation method of Internet enterprises.Secondly,by reviewing the relevant domestic and foreign literatures,this paper concluded the shortcomings in the research of Internet enterprise valuation.And made a comprehensive analysis on the development,new features,value sources and value factors of Internet enterprises combined with different stages of equity investment.What's more,this paper made a comparative analysis between the valuation system of traditional enterprise and the innovative Internet enterprise.Thirdly,it discussed the valuation of the Internet enterprises under different stages of equity investment,and tried to find an intuitive and easy one.Finally,the choice of valuation was made.This paper stated the difficulties and problems of the method and accordingly pointed out the improvement measures.
