Research On The Internal Economic Responsibility Audit Of Anhui Provincial Enterprises

The director of economic responsibility audit since 1985 to carry out the audit(Manager)since,after more than and 30 years of unremitting efforts and development,has become China’s unique enhancement of leading cadres to fulfill the economic responsibility,to perfect the management and supervision of leading cadres is an important tool for promoting mechanism,punishing and preventing corruption.The internal economic responsibility audit as part of the economic responsibility audit,internal audit institutions entrusted to the organization and personnel department,evaluation of the organization’s internal management cadre economic responsibility review,which is to strengthen the management of cadres in power operation,supervision and control,the construction plays an important role.Anhui provincial enterprises in our province is the economic and social development of the economic base,strengthen the provincial enterprises in charge of economic responsibility audit,and promote the standardization of the development of provincial enterprises,is of great significance.However,the provincial enterprises to carry out the time of internal economic responsibility audit carried out not long,procedures are not standardized,technology is relatively old,not the full use of the auditing results,to a certain extent affected the internal economic responsibility audit of provincial enterprises to further promote,needs to be improved.Therefore,this paper puts forward the suggestions on improving the internal economic responsibility audit of the provincial enterprises through the research on the internal economic responsibility audit of the provincial enterprises in Anhui province.In order to promote provincial enterprises internal economic responsibility audit level,promote the further deepening of provincial enterprises to carry out economic responsibility audit work,give full play to the important role of supervision and evaluation of internal economic responsibility audit in strengthening internal management of cadres in the.This paper adopts the method of questionnaire survey and case analysis.First,sort out the economic responsibility audit related literature,defines the concept of economic responsibility audit of the internal economic responsibility audit,and internal audit of economic responsibility of enterprises in Anhui Province,studying the economic responsibility audit related policies and regulations.Then,on this basis,through the questionnaire survey between Anhui provincial enterprises internal economic responsibility audit status,and the main problems,analyzes the causes of the problems.Furthermore,the paper puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions to improve the internal economic responsibility audit of provincial enterprises.At the same time,the paper constructs the evaluation index system framework of the internal economic responsibility audit of the provincial enterprises,and designs the specific content of the evaluation index.Finally,taking the internal economic responsibility audit of AR provincial enterprises as an example,through the analysis of the implementation process of the economic responsibility audit of a branch manager of AR company,the author concludes some suggestions to improve the internal economic responsibility audit.
