Research On YHT Company's Listing On NEEQ

More and more small-and medium-sized enterprises strive to get listed on the National Equities Exchange and Quotations(NEEQ)system,or the New Third Board,for financing.Perfect internal control system is a basic requirement for enterprises aiming to get listed on the NEEQ and stakeholders like investors and regulators are quite concerned with internal control,making internal control an important reference for investors' decision-making.Therefore,internal control of enterprises becomes an important research topic.However,domestically,there is not much research about getting listed on the NEEQ from the perspective of internal control.Taking NEEQ-listed YHT company as the object of study,the thesis mainly researches the company's construction of internal control before and after getting listed on the NEEQ.The thesis theoretically analyzes the important role played by internal control in facilitating enterprises' financing,studies the difficult process experienced by YHT company in building internal control from five factors of internal control,reveals the positive impacts brought by getting listed on the NEEQ to enterprises' efforts in building and perfecting internal control system,and proposes suggestions for further improvement of the company's internal control.The research is divided into four parts.Firstly,the thesis briefly introduces background and significance of the research.Secondly,the thesis analyzes how the NEEQ and internal control facilitate enterprises' financing.Thirdly,by taking internal control of YHT company as an example,the thesis analyzes the changes and improvement of YHT company before and after getting listed on the NEEQ from five factors which are internal environment,control activities,risk evaluation,information exchange and supervision.The thesis describes and analyzes the difficult process for YHT company to change ideas and adapt to the code of conduct,and summarizes a series of positive changes and improvement of financing ability of YHT company.Fourthly,the thesis proposes suggestions for NEEQ-listed companies to improve internal control.
