With the rapid development of Internet technology a,the Internet finance----this emerging industry also came into being,and it has made tremendous development.To focus on the financial sector,"Internet plus" has become the new engine of the financial industry competition.In the face of the strong development of Internet finance,the reform and innovation of commercial banking service has become extremely important.Commercial banks should strengthen the development of their service,and actively integrate the advantages of Internet finance,accelerate the cooperation between technology and finance,to innovate services for customer needs.This paper on the basis of theory,through the questionnaire analysis,to explore Z bank Anqing branch customer service in the context of Internet finance.The first part is the introduction,include the research background,the purpose and significance of the paper,the research contents and methods.The second part is the theoretical basis,mainly expounds the content of the Internet financial,the theory of customer service and the summary of existing research,provide theoretical basis for analyzing and comparison.The third part is the general situation and the impact of Z bank Anqing branch,introducing current corporate customers and enterprise customer service,also analysis the effects of the Internet financial to the service.The fourth part is the customer survey and data analysis,to explain the existing service through questionnaire survey.The fifth part proposed the strategy for enterprise customer service of Anqing branch,expound the problems,and advice Anqing branch to improve the existing service through products,people and channels,in the context of the Internet finance.The emergence of Internet banking is the inevitable outcome of the continuous development of science technology,and the need of people's living habits change for financial services.Z bank Anqing branch should also fully fit the changes of consumer habits,strengthen the professional quality of its service people,comprehend the demand of customers about the product and service,to build up new service channels with internet technologies,realize the effective interaction with customers and be more flexible,simpler and faster,to make their own steady development in the tide of financial reform.
