With the increase of people's income level and education level,the increase of paid vacation time makes more and more people participate in tourism,and people's attentions to tourism are also important.Tourism is also an important part of the national economy.In September this year,the national tourism administration issued by the notification,request the a-class tourist scenic area to conduct A comprehensive inspection,including many poor because of poor sanitation environment and resources protection measures such as qualification of reasons have been cancelled.,though,most of the scenic area by raising ticket prices on the environment of the scenic spot resources really played a protective role,but there are many scenic spots in the implementation of free and open policy,has realized the ecological benefit and economic benefit win-win situation.So on the basis of sustainable development,this paper deeply discusses the scenic resources protection of the scenic spot pricing environment.This article is different from traditional cost oriented pricing method,on the basis of existing research literature review,through the construction of mathematical model of rational expectation,considering the pulling function of scenic spot ticket income and tourist consumption of two kinds of positive effect,and considered the scenic tourists crowded conditions and the destruction of the environment and resources bring the two negative effects of the scenic spot.On the basis of this scenic spot pricing optimal problem is discussed.This study USES the rational expectation equilibrium model,the introduction of the different preferences of tourists in the scenic spot environment crowded conditions,influence on tourist spending decisions to determine scenic spot ticket prices and the total number of tourists as well as the intrinsic relationship between overall consumption.On this basis,according to the scenic area management goal,related interest subjects,analyses the environment of the scenic spot crowded tourist optimal decision,and the environmental resources of the scenic area,the optimal pricing problem.Finally,through the model results,combined with the key factors influencing the environment and resources protection-the scenic spot congestion,empirical analysis,based on the research of the 220 respondents,further defined the environmental resources in the scenic area sustainable development under the premise of scenic spots crowded scenic spot pricing,and the influence of tourist behavior decision-making.Through the model and the empirical analysis also obtained the related conclusion: first,the environment of the scenic spot of the crowded to the scenic spot price adjustment.After considering the crowded environment situation will ease the scenic area visitor Numbers appropriate reduction.Second,has been clear about the only moderate preference of tourists is affected by price and crowded environment the role when presents a nonlinear trend.Third,the impact of the tourists' consumption on the environment and the number of different.
