Research On Credit Support Of Revitalizing Gannan Soviet Area

As the old revolutionary area of our country,Gannan Soviet Area occupies a very important historical position in the process of our country’s history.However,due to the constraints of economic environment and natural condition,the economic development of Gannan Soviet Area is obviously lagging behind.The infrastructure of this area is weak and the problems of people’s livelihood are becoming more and more obvious.Thus,the pace of revitalizing the Gannan Soviet Area is imminent.The relevant department formally introduced the "State Council on the support of Gannan Soviet Area and other central areas of the revitalization of the development of a number of opinions" on June 28 th,2012,which marking the revitalization of Gannan Soviet Area strided into a new milestone.Although the country has planned the task and goal of revitalizing the Gannan Soviet Area,the credit capital is the most important source of funding for the development of Gannan Soviet Area.The credit is important for the revitalization of the Gannan Soviet Area.Therefore,it is necessary to analyze the problems existing in the process of credit support the revitalization of Gannan Soviet Area in detail,analysis of the causes of the problems and put forward policy suggestions,which is of great significance to revitalize Gannan Soviet Area.This paper consists of four parts.The first part is introduction.This part mainly analyzes the relevant literatures on revitalizing Gannan Soviet Area,organize the current situation of domestic and foreign research on the impact of credit on economic growth,and expounds the research background and research methods of this paper,which lays the necessary theoretical foundation for this paper.The second part is raise the problem.This part analyzes the current situation of economic and credit development of Gannan Soviet Area in the period of 2012-2016,analyzes the status of credit development in Gannan Soviet Area,and comparing the coordination between credit development and economic development in Gannan Soviet area with Jiangxi Province and China;It is found that the support effect of credit in Gannan Soviet area is not enough for economic development,and summed up three major issues:unreasonable allocation of credit funds,"one size fits all" credit policy is difficult to meet the needs of economic development,and the difficult problem of small and micro enterprise loan.The third part is analyze the cause of the problems.This part mainly in view of the problems existing in the process of credit support the revitalization of Gannan Soviet Area,and deepening analyze the causes of these problems,including thecontradiction between the commercial operation of financial institutions and the economic environment,rigid credit management system,lack of credit risk compensation and sharing mechanism,financial ecological environment is not perfect.The fourth part is the solutions to the problems.According to the existing problems and causes,this part from four aspects inciude build a diversified credit support system,strengthen the credit support effect of policy finance,establish credit risk compensation and sharing mechanism,effectively improve the financial ecological environment to propose policy suggestions.These all in order to accelerate the pace of the revitalization of Gannan Soviet Area.
