Project Management Of A Company Lighting Product New Product Introduction In OEM Model

The trend of globalization has promoted the formation and popularization of OEM(Original Equipment Manufacturer)model.Under the background of economic globalization,competition among enterprises has become more and more intense,which makes the traditional function-lbased organization model unsuitable any more.With this situation,project management,as a new organization model,has been gradually applied in variant businesses.For OEM enterprises,the first thing is to get orders,then after a series of assessment,making samples,pilot production and other processes,the company can manufacture the products which meet the consumer's requirements.This is a very complex project management process.The OEM enterprises must keep up the pace and improve the self-evaluation,analysis and adaptation capacity continuously if they want to get more orders and produce on time,with high quality.Base on the knowing of project management and the working practice,the author stands on the position of OEM enterprise to make deeply investigation of Time management,Quality management and Communication management in new product introduce process.The thesis includes five parts.1.This thesis analysis the organization structure depend on the NPI team,and optimize the new structure.2.Describes the development of project management theory and the current studies of New Product Introduction management and the general introduction of OEM.3.Analyses the present situation of new product introduce process in company A,then point out the problems,the root cause analysis.4.Through the analyses and utilization of communication,time and quality control,then propose the improvement programs for new product introduce process of A company.
