Research On The Status Quo And Improvement Strategies Of College Students' Entrepreneurial Support System In Inner Mongolia

Entrepreneurship plays an important role in promoting economic growth,expanding employment capacity and promoting technological innovation.Self-employment of college students has become an important way to solve the employment problem after the expansion of the higher education.Therefore,the government,social organizations and colleges should take measures to support the students entrepreneurship and gradually establish the entrepreneurial supporting system.Some studies have found that there are still many problems in Inner Mongolia college students’entrepreneurship supporting system.Therefore,the study investigates the undergraduate and teachers responsible for pioneering work in Inner Mongolia University,Inner Mongolia Normal University and Inner Mongolia Agricultural University,adopting the questionnaire and interview,with the purpose of investigating the current situation and problems of college students’ entrepreneurial supporting system.The main contents of the study are as follows:first,the research on the policies of College Students’ Entrepreneurship support system.Second,the situation of entrepreneurship supporting in Inner Mongolia from government,universities and society.Third,the reform measures of Inner Mongolia college students’ entrepreneurship supporting system.This paper shows that the Inner Mongolian college students’entrepreneurship has the following problems:Firstly,in the policy aspect,there are insufficient entrepreneurship policy,lacking of policy interpretation platform.Secondly,in terms of fund,venture capital funds and bank loans are difficult to apply.Thirdly,in terms of entrepreneurship education,there are unreasonable entrepreneurship training work arrangement,teacher shortage in entrepreneurship training classes.Fourthly,in service,there are insufficient entrepreneurial management services institutions and training management institutions.The society’s support for college students’ entrepreneurship also has some problems,such as unawareness of the situation,unsound entrepreneurship service organization.Colleges’ support for college students’ entrepreneurship also has some problems:Firstly,college’s policy has limited coverage.Secondly,college’s entrepreneurship education curriculum has single content.Thirdly,venture capital from college is insufficient.Fourthly,there is no entrepreneurship education practice platform in college.This study puts forward some suggestions to improve the supporting system of college students entrepreneurial.Inner Mongolia government should increase entrepreneurship policy propaganda and improve law system in terms of policy.In venture capital,government can expand the application scope of venture funds and reduce the bank loan application.In terms of entrepreneurship education,government should strengthen the propaganda of entrepreneurship training courses and adjust the class arrangement.In terms of service,government should set up specialized entrepreneurship management services institution and management training institution.Society can increase enterprise practice opportunities and increase the venture capital support to support college students’entrepreneurship.College can also improve the support of college students’entrepreneurship from the policy,capital,education,service.
