Under the background of the national advocacy of " Encourage people to do business creatively and drive innovation ",5tourism has become a hot topic in the field of entrepreneurship with its flexibility,diversity,low accessibility and good employment effects.Catering,accommodation,handicraft and related small tourism enterprises have been developing rapidly,which are derived from six factors including food,accommodation,transportation,travailing,shopping and entertainment.As a result of complicated and volatile external environment,low entry cost,low business start-up cost,weak strength and other characteristics,small tourism enterprises have confronted with many difficulties during entrepreneurial process.Therefore,on the basis of analyzing and summarizing the process and mode of Small tourism enterprises,it is of great significance to further explore the main factors and mechanism that influence the development of tourism management.The core object of Small tourism enterprises research mainly concentrated in the rural areas,especially the ancient village of better tourism development conditions.Rural tourism entrepreneurship is an economic activity that is rooted in the development of rural communities and the support of government,related businesses,villagers and tourists is critical to their success.Therefore,the social network is an important factor in the success of its business.Xidi,Hongcun are mature in the development of countryside tour in China,and they are typical and representative of some sort with a large number of small tourism enterprises there.We are doing the study in Xidi and Hongcun by means of the questionnaire and interviews.And we analyze the research results,discuss the impact of social network on the entrepreneurial process of small tourism enterprises,and analyze the differences of its influence on each process.At the same time,the paper analyzes the interaction between each behavior process in entrepreneurial process,and explores its internal mechanism and enriches the research contents of tourism business.The core of the full text includes the following aspects.The first,constructing a framework between the entrepreneurial process of small tourism enterprises and social network relationship.Based on the theory of social network theory and entrepreneurial process theory,this paper defines the entrepreneurial process of small tourism enterprises as three stages:entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneur opportunity recognition and entrepreneurial performance.Social network is divided into strong and weak ties.On this basis,we construct the theoretical model of the three stages of social network and entrepreneurial process respectively.Secondly,taking Xidi and Hongcun as an example,using the obtained questionnaire survey,SPSS software and structural equation model as a start,the paper analyzes the influence of different social networks and small tourism enterprises stages,and compare the differences in the impact of strong and weak ties in three entrepreneurial stages.Thirdly,it further analyzes the interrelationships of the various stages of entrepreneurial process small tourism enterprises,and analyzes its internal mechanism.The result shows that:(1)In the relationship model between the social network and entrepreneur opportunity recognition of small tourism enterprises,the weak ties have a significant positive impact on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunity,and the entrepreneurial alertness plays a part of mediating role.And through the study,we found that the strong ties have a negative impact on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities.(2)In the theoretical model of social network and small tourism enterprises operators' entrepreneurial intention,the weak ties of social network has a significant effect on entrepreneurial intention,and self-efficacy plays a completely mediating role.But the relationship between the strong ties of social network and entrepreneurial intentions has not been validated.(3)In the theoretical model of social network and small tourism enterprises entrepreneurial performance,weak ties positively affects entrepreneurial performance,and entrepreneurial ability plays a part of intermediate role in the model.This study did not find the impact of strong ties on entrepreneurial performance.(4)The impact of different social networks on the small tourism enterprises entrepreneurial process is different.The effect of strong ties networks on entrepreneurial intentions and entrepreneurial performance is not significant,and have a negative impact on identifying entrepreneurial opportunities.Weak ties network has a significant positive impact on the three stages of entrepreneurship,and has a greatest impact on the recognition of entrepreneurial opportunities.(5)Through the empirical analysis of the relationship between entrepreneurial intention,entrepreneur opportunity and entrepreneurial performance,it is found that the entrepreneurial opportunity has a positive impact on entrepreneurial intention,and entrepreneur opportunity and entrepreneurial intention have positive influence on entrepreneurial performance.The impact of different social networks on the entrepreneurial stages of small tourism enterprises is not the same.Weak ties play an important role at all stages.For the small tourism entrepreneurs,the active construction and use of weak ties network is an important part of the realization of business goal as soon as possible.
