In the future competition,keeping up with the pace of the times will dominate the pork market.Meat industry is a traditional industry,but with the development of economy,the improvement of people's living standards and the rise of the Internet,the traditional industry will soon face a new pattern.The prospects for the development of pork industry is wide,Shuangshi pork Industry Co.,Ltd in response to the economic development,is facing the opportunities for development,is also facing a hitherto unknown challenge at the same time.Pork food is an essential consumer goods in people's daily life.According to the13 th Five-Year forecast plan,in 2020 China's total demand will reach 1 tons of meat,"2016 global food policy report" pointed out that China's per capita consumption of about 59 kilograms of meat.Jilin province is a large province of pig slaughtering in China,but also a large province of pork consumption.The "13th Five-Year planning proposal" Jilin province pointed out that "give full play to the natural conditions,the characteristics of abundant resources,arable land per capita,the solid technology base advantage,accelerate agricultural scale,mechanization,standardization construction","innovation consumption supply,encourage large retail enterprises to expand their business,expand the the business in the Province and even outside,expand the chain,introduce the well-known large business of enterprise,support the development of e-commerce,promoting the circulation of information,standardization and intensive.Cultivating consumer hotspots,expand the mobile Internet,networking and other information consumption,how to seize the opportunity for development,is a hitherto unknown challenge Shuangshi pork Co.Ltd.This article from the management status of Jilin province Shuangshi pork Co.,according to theoretical analysis framework of the strategic theory as the basis,using literature analysis,qualitative analysis,PEST analysis,SWOT analysis,five forces model analysis and survey analysis method and technology,the integrated use of multi-disciplinary knowledge,research on the development strategy of the shuangshipork,make strategic planning for the development of the company and make the company development measures,so as to provide useful experience for other meat enterprises.This paper is divided into five parts.The first part mainly introduces the research background and significance of this topic,research methods and content,and the related theoretical basis of research status in china and abroad,research ideas,methods and innovation.The second part is mainly consist of four parts,including the management structure and operation status of pork,Shuangshi pork development present situation,the operation of the company,and the company is operating in the development process of the problem.The third part is the company's business environment analysis,including the external business environment,market characteristics and market trend of the company,the fourth part is based on the company's internal and external environment of enterprise's own characteristics,put forward the strategic goal of the company,the company's development of strategic planning,and the specific implementation of the strategic development measures.The fifth part is the conclusion of this thesis,which summarizes the practical problems and the problems to be further studied and discussed in this paper.
