Research On Risk Management Of Internet Finance Leasing

Since introduced into China in the 1980s,finance leasing,as a special way of financing,has achieved a rapid development.The difficulty of fund-raising hinder the development of the finance leasing industry.And asset securitization,due to its claim to the asset's quality and scale,can't be a effective way of solving the problem that the long-term debt of finance leasing company lack liquidity.In this context,the combination of finance leasing and the Internet arises at the historic moment.At the beginning of the article,Internet finance leasing is defined,and the development of Internet finance leasing is introduced briefly.On this basis,the current mode of Internet finance leasing is discussed and summarized.Citing a case of e rent treasure,this paper analyses the specific risks of Internet finance leasing in theory and in practice from the perspective of the financial leasing companies,A2P platform and investors,in combination with the classification of the Basel agreement on the financial risk.Then this paper propose that the main risks the finance leasing company facing is credit risk,market risk,liquidity risk and operational risk,the main risk the A2P platform facing is operational risk and legal risk,and the main risk investors facing is market risk,liquidity risk and operational risk.Finally,the article puts forward the corresponding suggestions of risk management respectively on the analysis of the risks of each behavior subject,in order to contributing to the development of Internet finance leasing.From the angle of finance leasing company,it should cancel its commitment of the compensatory to investors and repurchase mechanism,and improve its pricing power.From the angle of A2P platform,A2P platform should upgrade it's system and maintain system security.At the same time,the mechanism of fund deposit should be the precaution against legal risks.Refering to investors,they should strengthen their capacity to choose high-quality platform and finance leasing the company and improve their consciousness to risk and professional level.
