In recent years,China's Internet has developed rapidly.The number of Internet users continues to grow,new internet applications emerge in an endless stream,and the influence of internet public opinion continues to improve.As of December 2016,the size of Internet users in China reached 731 million,the Internet penetration rate is 53.2%;mobile Internet users reached 695 million,accounting for 95.1% of all Internet users.The influence of new media,such as Weibo,WeChat,micro video,and APP,has continued to expand.With the spread of Internet information services,the competition between Internet companies is becoming increasingly fierce,and some "chaos" is inevitable.Since 2012,the state continues to intensify the management of the Internet,clearing the Internet companies' main body responsibility,regulating the behavior of operating Internet business.In the age of the Internet,that how traditional media can seize development opportunities,make news website good,and expand mainstream voices,becomes a critical issue which needs to be solved.This paper analyzes the new rules of Internet information service,the domestic Internet information service environment and the basic situation of H company,pointing out the existing problems in the business process,the audit mechanism and so on,and put forward the ideas and methods that use the MIS to improve H company's comprehensive competitiveness.This paper presents that in the face of the new development environment,these Internet information service companies hosted by local traditional media need to renew and update their development strategy,and take the time to establish a new business process based on MIS under the guidance of modern management theory,and reconstruct the production process of news production,to open up all aspects of information collection,editing,circulation,audit,release and feedback,to improve work efficiency and content production capacity,to develop new formats,and to improve the level of Internet service users.Local traditional media need actively build new local mainstream internet media,to achieve better social benefits,and economic benefits.
