Research On The Status Quo And Optimization Of Rural Information Service Platform In Qiqihar City

Rural information service platform based on the abundant information content,diversified information services and wide coverage,has become an important means of narrowing the urban-rural gap and information gap;an important tool for the transformation of traditional agriculture to modern agriculture;an important guarantee to improve the quality of farmers and their income;the most effective means for resolving the " Agriculture,Rural,Farmer" questions."The Internet +" concept opens up a new way for the development of many traditional industries.Agriculture and rural areas need to change the operation mode of the old tradition through the information revolution.In this context,the rural information service platform ushered in the construction of the peak,and in the continuous development and application of innovative practice.Qiqihar City,according to the development of agriculture and rural areas have completed the construction of a rural information service platform,but there are some problems in the actual service process,this paper puts forward reasonable suggestions to optimize the information service platform in rural areas of Qiqihar city through investigation and research.Firstly,this paper defines and studies the related concepts and theories.The present situation and characteristics of rural information service platform in Qiqihar were investigated and summarized by means of interview and induction.In order to understand the demand characteristics of farmers in rural information service platform,compares the differences between service supply and the information service demand from farmers,a questionnaire of information needs from farmers is demanded.It statistics and analysis the information needs from farmers,the access needs of information from farmers,and the information service of internal and external factors affecting several aspects of the investigation.Through the comparative analysis,we find that there are some problems in the offered information,the transmission channel and the platform planning of Qiqihar rural information service platform.In order to remedy the current deficiency of the rural information service platform,based on the needs of farmers,this paper optimization principle for the government.According to the principle,it re-plans for the platform,and puts forward some supportable suggestions for keeping the platform run farther.I hope that through the optimization suggestions for Qiqihar rural information service platform,the platform will cover the purpose of serving the " Agriculture,Rural,Farmer ",provide feasible measures to the further rural information service for the government,and provide a reference for other regional rural information service platform construction and optimization.
