The Study Of Japan's “Infrastructure Systems” Export Strategy

In the premise of the world economic recession,the emerging countries show strong growth momentum.And because the emerging country's urbanization advancement is speeding up unceasingly,its demand for infrastructure is also rapidly growing.It provides a good external market conditions for infrastructure export measures of Europe and the United States,Japan and South Korea and so on.Japan has advanced technology and rich successful experience in infrastructure construction.And in recent years,after the packaged type infrastructure export policy presented by Democrats,as prime minister of the liberal Democratic Party(LDP),Mr Abe put forward the democratic system infrastructure export strategy on the basis of inheriting policies.Japan hopes that it can realize Japan's economic growth and economic recovery through its advantages of the export of infrastructure.In order to better promote infrastructure exports,Japan has policy support from all aspects.After China's reform and opening up and its continuous development,in recent years,China has also made brilliant achievements in the aspect of infrastructure construction,especially in the case of high-speed exports.China put forward one belt one way strategy in 2013,and led to establish the Asian infrastructure investment bank in 2015.Observing from various signs,now China has also been gradually attaches great importance to the export of infrastructure.But Japan has the technical advantages and abundant experience,while China starts relatively late and has the problems such as the lack of special policy support,the lack of cooperation between enterprises,and export scope is relatively limited.Thus,in order to better solve the problems faced in China,we should deeply study Japan's infrastructure export strategy,and learning Japanese experiences and lessons in infrastructure exports.At first,the paper introduced the basic information of the strategy of Japanese infrastructural exports.such as backgrounds?purpose,framework and so on.Since there was a long time history in Japanese infrastructural exports.After that,The paper also elaborated the developmental process and the character of the strategy.analyzed the financial risks in the strategy.then studied the possible solutions to this issue,elaborated the impacts and problems of the strategy of Japanese infrastructural exports.At last,proposed several suggestions for China based on the former analyzation.
