| China is currently in an important period of economic transformation and upgrading,accelerating the socialist modernization.With the rapid progress of urbanization and the deepening of new rural construction,the development of rural settlements has entered a new historical period.Based on the data of the second national land survey in 2009,the data of land change survey in2010-2016 and the land acquisition data from 2010 to 2016,this paper adopts the single land use dynamic degree,This paper analyzes the spatial changes of rural settlements in Fengman district from 2009 to 2016,and analyzes the spatial and temporal evolution of rural settlements under the influences of urban expansion and urban construction.Aimed at discovering the internal and external problems of urban and rural development in the process of socio-economic development and the existing problems and exploring ways to solve the problems.The study shows that:1.The abundance of agricultural population in Fengman District is serious and the utilization rate of rural residential land is reduced.Rural collective construction land and intensive land usage managements methods and methods to be improved;2.Rural settlements are generated near the city surrounding areas in small scales;rural residential uniformity of the changes are relatively weak;3.The plump area is close to the city and the transportation area is the geographical area of the distribution of rural areas.The rich residential area in Fengman district is close to the distribution characteristics of transportation land,and it is affected by the development of the city.The influence of the city scale construction is also affected by multi-factors.4.Rural residential areas affected by the expansion of urban development,but the land use rate is not high.Therefore,we should strengthen the planning and layout of rural residential areas to achieve the development of new urbanization in order to improve the rationality and sustainability of rural residential land. |
