Research On The Discrepant Management Of Stakeholders In The Old City Redevelopment Project

In our country,under the background of rapid urbanization development and land resource,urban renewal has become a city to improve the environment and important way for the reconstruction of the city space structure,and has been widely in different places.But because of the old city reconstruction project of land acquisition,demolition,the problem such as financing,reconstruction,involving complicated relationship and projects of interest groups,relationships,or improper handling will directly affect the success or failure of the project,so the analysis is particularly important for identifying the project stakeholders.In this paper,on the basis of stakeholder theory,selection of stakeholder analysis method of the loop,for old city renovation project stakeholders to identify and analyze the research.On the basis of the old city reconstruction project operation mode,using the method of literature study and expert advice to identify the project stakeholders.Through the questionnaire method of stakeholders attribute,so as to determine the rights,proximity,and the level of urgency,using software the stakeholders importance stakeholders and stakeholder ring,and according to the results of analyzing the characteristics of the project stakeholders,the demands and expectations at all stages of the project,differentiation measures are put forward.Policy makers or the method for old city reconstruction project managers to provide a visual,strong operability of stakeholder analysis tool,the old city reconstruction and similar project management has practical significance.
