| At present,the internal and external environment of commercial banks in China has undergone profound changed,affected by the capital constraints,financial disintermediation and interest marketization,commercial banks rely on traditional assets and liabilities business to get interest margin have been difficult to continue.Intermediary business has gradually become the important development and competition field of commercial banks in future.It also appeared to extending the range of charge,duplicating charges,banks will lead to public concern,triggered a crisis of confidence and widespread reputation risk.How to find the problems,to innovative products,to use price leverage to optimize customer structure,has become a problem that the commercial banks need to learn and solve.This paper took the intermediate business management system construction of N bank as the research object,and found some deficiencies in the existing links through the questionnaire survey.By using the methods of empirical analysis,experience reference,system analysis and other tools,and learning from the successful experience of ICBC,this paper proposed a group improved measures of operation management system of N bank intermediate business charge.The research conclusion of this paper is as:(1)the problems were found that ignoring the cost,insufficient differentiation,the lag of the personnel training,the lack of the support of science and technology,the risk prevention and so on.(2)this paper learned from the successful experience of ICBC,and put forward an improved scheme including Differentiated pricing management,sector adjustment,system development,personnel training,risk prevention and so on. |
